1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is confirmed.


2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time for international orders (including the USA, UK, EU, and Africa) is typically within 10 business days from the shipping date.

  • Some remote regions may experience slightly longer delivery times due to customs processing or local courier delays.

  • Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier's system.


4. Shipping Carriers

  • GlintMall will not be held responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.


8. Delivery Issues or Delays

  • We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Fulfillment Locations

  • Products may be fulfilled from different warehouses based on stock availability and your delivery location, including the UK, USA, or Asia.


10. Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

  • For items marked as pre-order or backordered, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Orders containing pre-ordered items will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
