GlintMall Return and Refund Policy

b. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
c. All original packaging, documentation, materials, and accessories must be included.


2. Return & Refund Window

a. Customers have up to 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or request a refund.
b. Where applicable, this timeframe aligns with UK consumer protection laws or relevant international regulations.


3. Conditions for Acceptance

a. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
b. All original materials (e.g., manuals, inserts, labels, accessories) must be returned.
c. Returns with signs of use, damage, or missing components may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.


4. Refund Methods

a. Refunds will be processed either to the original payment method or as store credit, based on the customer’s preference.
b. Refunds are issued after the product is received, inspected, and approved for return.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • a. Seller Error or Product Defect:
    GlintMall will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item received.

  • b. Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-defective items):
    If the return is due to a change of mind, sizing issues, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, including any international duties or customs charges.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, especially for international returns.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.


7. Exceptions

a. Refunds may be denied or reduced if returned items do not meet eligibility requirements.
b. Items returned outside the 30-day window or without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products


1. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital goods (e.g., downloads, software, templates) are delivered electronically via download link or available in your account dashboard upon successful payment.


2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Refunds for digital products are available under the following conditions:

  • a. Defective or Non-Functional Products
    If the digital product fails to work as described, a full refund or store credit may be issued.

  • b. Duplicate Purchases
    Accidental purchases of the same product may be refunded after verification.


3. Refund Requests

To request a refund for a digital product, contact support@glintmall.com within 14 days of purchase. Please provide:

  • Reason for refund request


4. Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for:
